How are Verdissimo's products packed and shipped?

Our products are packed in specially designed packaging to protect the flowers and plants from being damaged. We usually ship our products with UPS, FedEx or DHL. Our choice of carriers may vary depending on customer’s locations in USA and Canada.

What is Verdissimo’s return policy?

We accept products returns in their original packaging and in perfect conditions. No returns will be accepted later than 5 days after delivery.
